This Apothékary blend helps support stress and tension and includes medicinal plants that calm the body and aid sleep. Evening Calm is a potent blend of Motherwort, Aronia Berry, Acai Berry, Jujube Date and MCT Oil Powder.

  • Motherwort is a powerful nervine that helps soothe the nervous system and calm the mind
  • Jujube date calms the mind, eases feelings of stress, and aids in restful sleep. It’s also loaded with healthful antioxidants that support a sound immune system.
  • Aronia and Acai berries contain the same heart-healthy polyphenols as red wine, but have 10 times the antioxidant concentration and 10-30 times the anthocyanins
  • MCT Oil supports digestion and nutrient absorption, and helps to balance gut bacteria. It has also been proven to boost cognitive function. 
Instructions for Use: Add 1 tsp. of to a small mug and pour 1-2 cups of warm water, tea or milk over the blend. Stir and sip. For best results, take 1-2 hours before bedtime.
