I'm more of an old sweatshirt kind of gal typically, but this wrap feels like a cozy hug! It has some weight to it so it has a nice relaxing quality.
I wanted something that felt special and sacred for my morning journaling & meditation practice as well as the opening/closing of my Class practice. Wrapping myself up in it at the end of Class sends a little extra love to myself from whatever I just released on the mat 💗

This wrap is so dreamy! It's a perfect staple for fall to winter in Colorado. Unlike some other wraps, it actually stays up on my shoulders too. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant and I plan on wearing it all pregnancy long and even as I breastfeed. Would be a thoughtful gift for soon to be mamas :)
