How to care for your mat: The best way to clean your B MAT is by wiping the surface on a regular basis with plain water and neutral soap. Alternatively, mix half water and half vinegar or lemon juice and wipe down.
I'm glad I finally bought this mat after thinking about it for months. It's very dense so it supports me when I'm on my knees or elbows, without needing additional padding. One thing to note is that it's about 5lbs so it's great for at home but a bit heavy for a travel mat.

I have been practicing with the class for several years now. I should have invested in this mat when I started classes. It stays in place on my wood laminate floor when I am doing skaters, burpees and everything else. I am very impressed with it. Thank you so much!
